Kahr Firearms Group Newest Bronze Sponsor of Inaugural NSSF Shooting Sports Fantasy Camp
NEWTOWN, Conn. — The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the trade association for the firearms trade, is pleased to announce that Kahr Firearms Group has agreed to sponsor the inaugural Shooting Sports Fantasy Camp at the Bronze level. Headquartered in Greeley, Pennsylvania, with production facilities in Greeley, Worcester, Massachusetts, and Pillager, Minnesota, Kahr Firearms Group is a maker of premium handguns designed for the concealed carry and target shooting markets.
“We are very pleased to have Kahr Firearms Group join us in supporting this inaugural Shooting Sports Fantasy Camp,” said Chris Dolnack, NSSF Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “The company has an outstanding reputation with the shooting community as a whole, and its sponsorship of this very special event will only further cement that good will.”
“The NSSF has worked closely with the firearms industry on many new and exciting projects, so when they offered Kahr Firearms Group the opportunity to be involved with the Shooting Sports Fantasy Camp as a first-year sponsor, we were happy to sign on,” stated Frank Harris, Sales and Marketing Vice President for Kahr Firearms Group.
NSSF’s inaugural Shooting Sports Fantasy Camp, modeled after the success of similarly designed events in the race car and major league baseball industries, features a full weekend of shooting instruction for just 30 guests from some of the most notable names in professional shooting, including Julie Golob, Jerry and Kay Clark Miculek, Jessie Duff, Dianna Muller and K.C. Eusebio. The Clark County Shooting Complex in Las Vegas, Nevada, will be the host range for the event, which will take place from March 31 to April 2. In addition to the weekend of shooting, the 2016 NSSF Shooting Sports Fantasy Camp includes transportation to and from McCarran Airport to and from the shooting range and the host hotel, Aliante Casino + Hotel, all meals from the time each guests arrives, a swag bag full of some of today’s best shooting gear, evening cocktail receptions and more.
